I aim to provide a safe space for individual exploration and growth. I believe that each person’s experiences are unique and important. My goal throughout our time together is provide you with the tools and support you need to be empowered in your own personal journey.
I have 15 years of experience working with vulnerable populations including individuals experiencing homelessness, severe and persistent mental health, trauma survivors across the lifespan, individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, and neurodivergence. Since completing my master’s in social work from the University of Syracuse, I continue to live my passion of helping others heal from trauma, stressful life situations, and helping people find their voice.
My favorite thing to do outside of the office is spend quality time with my kids and husband. This can mean getting crushed in a game of Uno or covering my eyes while riding roller coasters. I also enjoy lying in my hammock while listening to the Moody Blues.
