I specialize in working with adolescents and adults (ages 12 and older), supporting clients as they navigate a range of mental health concerns. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, emphasizing partnership, mutual respect, and active engagement throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment in which clients feel safe exploring challenges, building resilience, and fostering meaningful change.
I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) and earned my master’s degree from Rosemont College. In therapy, I work with clients to promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth, supporting them in developing insight and practical skills that align with their values and long-term goals. I bring a flexible and integrative therapeutic style tailored to each client’s individual needs.
I travel whenever possible and London has been my favorite destination recently. I am also a passionate sports fan, particularly of the Phillies, the Green Bay Packers, and Villanova basketball. Books are one of my greatest passions and I am usually reading or listening to several of them at once, usually meaning it takes me a while to finish any of them.
