I believe therapy doesn’t have to be scary—it’s simply a safe space to be yourself, explore what’s on your mind and move toward greater balance and well-being. Healing happens in connection and I am excited to walk alongside you (or your child) as you build resilience, discover new strengths, and write the next chapter of your story.
I specialize in working with children and adolescents, helping them navigate emotions, relationships, and self-esteem, while also welcoming adults in with openness and care. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from somatic therapy, mindfulness-based practices, trauma-informed care, and play-therapy to create a supportive space where healing and growth can take place.
Outside of my work, I love spending time in nature, practicing yoga, taking my dog out for fun, and reading a good book. These activities help me stay grounded and bring balance into my own life—something I strive to help my clients find as well. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.
