My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I am committed to creating a space that feels safe and collaborative – where you can show up as you are and feel met with compassion and support.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I earned my degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2011. With over 15 years of clinical experience, I have worked with adults (18+) across a variety of mental health and addiction treatment settings. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, addiction, disordered eating, grief and loss, life transitions, and trauma.

My approach is integrative and tailored to your individual needs.  I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and somatic approaches. I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Additionally, I have completed EMDR Basic Training, and I integrate EMDR into my work to help process past experiences that may still feel unresolved or overwhelming.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and taking family trips to the beach.  My hobbies include yoga, cooking, and traveling, and I would never turn down another trip to Italy, my favorite travel destination!
