I believe in a holistic approach to mental health care to not only treat the symptoms you are experiencing but to also explore the underlying causes affecting your health and well-being. I have more than a decade of experience in behavioral health care and have worked across diverse settings, supporting clients of all ages through inpatient and outpatient mental health care.
Outside of my career, I find joy in activities that nurture my mind and body. Hiking, paddleboarding, and yoga help recharge my spirit. I enjoy spending time with loved ones, exploring new destinations, and reading books, both fiction and nonfiction.
