I attended a five year BS/MS program for Bs in Psychology and MS in Community and Trauma Counseling. I graduated in 2019 and have been at Aldie Counseling Center in Langhorne, PA since. I also did my last internship with Friends Hospital working on both the adolescent and co-occurring adult units. I was hired after I graduated and worked as a social worker for a short period. At Aldie, I primarily work with clients struggling with substance use disorder. Most of my clients also are diagnosed with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and have a history of trauma.

Treatment modalities fluctuate as I take a person-centered approach and shift my modality based on the client. I tend to focus on CBT, DBT, and pscyhoeducation. I find passion in my work as I observe my clients make progress towards their goals.

I have a dog named TK (named after a player on the Philadelphia Flyers) meaning I am a huge Philadelphia sports fan. I also am on the board for a non-profit called Savage Sisters. I volunteer 2-3 times a week, mostly in Kensington, providing resources to those affected by substance use disorder and/or homelessness.
