I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the main vehicle for therapy to be successful. I provide a safe, friendly and empathetic environment for clients to feel comfortable and at ease. Therapy to me is a relationship where you can grow in self-awareness and positive changes in your thoughts, feelings and relationships.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I earned my master’s degree from West Chester University in 2007. I have a broad range of experience working with children ages 4 and up through older adults. My passion lies in walking with people through traumas and building skills to learn emotional regulation and manage anxiety disorders.

I enjoy spending time with my four children and husband as we take bike rides, go on vacation and have fun together. I also enjoy fostering dogs and have several at a time that I care for.
